Good to Great

Por fin he acabado el último capítulo del libro Good to Great. Me ha parecido un libro muy recomendable, principalmente porque el libro se basa en un estudio y en hechos contrastados.

Después de todas las ideas sugeridas en el libro, me quedo con:

  1. No company can grow revenues consistently  faster than its ability to get enough of the right people to implement that growth and still become a great company.
  2. The old adage people are your most important asset is wrong. People are not your most important asset. The right peope are.
  3.  The key is to understand what your organization can be the best in the world at and equally important what if cannot be the best at- not what it wants to be the best at.
